Work, Salary and Conditions
The Work, Salary and Conditions section of the SULF website contains almost everything you need to know about the higher education sector, for example about salaries and salary-setting dialogues, rules on fixed employment periods and advice about careers in higher education. You will also find details about what you need to do if you become unemployed, how the SULF income insurance works and information for doctoral candidates. In short, you will find the answers to most of your questions.

If your question Is specifically about something related to your current employment, your first point of contact should be the local trade union association at your workplace. You can find contact details for the local representatives at your higher education institution here.
