SULF seminar at SLU: Practical information on residence permit, income insurance and postdocs’ rights
Are you a postdoc or early-career researcher from a non-EU country and wondering what options you have when your contract ends? Do you know the conditions and procedures for accessing unemployment benefits and wonder how SULF can support you?
In collaboration with SLUPA (SLU postdoc association), SULF at SLU is pleased to invite you to an upcoming seminar given by Robert Andersson, chief negotiator and representative at SULF’s central office, focusing on some practical information specific to postdocs and early-career researchers at SLU.
The seminar will cover the following topics:
• Residence permit and procedures when the contract ends, especially for non-EU citizens
• Accessing unemployment benefits and SULF income insurance
• Postdocs’ rights
You are welcome to join either via Zoom or in person at the Ultuna campus. After the seminar, fika will be provided at the Alnarp and Ultuna campuses for those interested in meeting a local board member and learning more about SULF.
