In recent decades, neoliberal reforms have changed many universities in significant ways. This seminar will examine implications of neoliberal management principles for the academic work environment, with a focus on possible connections to bullying practices.

Guest speakers Tommy Jensen and Michal Zawadzki will present their research on this topic, the results of which were published in the article “Bullying and the neoliberal university: A co-authored autoethnography”.
