Navigating Mental Health in Academia
Stress, Work Environment, and the Path Toward Sustainable Wellbeing

Short survey
In preparation for the seminar, we would like to hear your thoughts on the available resources provided by UU to support mental health and on what can be done to make UU a better workplace regarding mental health. Please take a second and answer a very short survey here. Results from this mini-survey will be used to start the conversation.
Mental health is a critical part of the work environment at Uppsala University. This seminar will approach stress management from different perspectives, and include:
- Two expert talks on stress management
- Reflections on mental health in academia
- What to do if you are experiencing burnout
- An overview of support structures provided by UU and occupational health services
- An open panel discussion
