Webinar: The income requirement for permanent residence permit
The Court of Appeal (Migrationsöverdomstolen) recently clarified how the income requirement for permanent residence permit should be interpreted. The decision from the court sets a precedence for the future and it will make it easier to fulfil the income requirement compared to the interpretation that Migrationsverket has made before.
The judgement has led to many questions and for this reason SULF wants to invite you to a webinar where we will inform you about the judgement and its consequences and specifically how we believe it will affect doctoral candidates and researchers. We will also give some advice on how you can handle the new situation.
