SULF’s salary statistics

Every year, SULF compiles salary statistics, bringing together relevant salary data for employed doctoral candidates, postdocs, research assistants, lecturers, senior lecturers and professors within the state sector.

Saco Lönesök

Saco Lönesök is a web-based statistics programme where you can see statistics for SULF members or for all members of any other Saco-affiliated union. Various databases containing information from employers and survey data are available. If you are a SULF member and employed by the state, you will find the most relevant statistics under the ‘Salaries from employers’ tab.

With Saco Lönesök, you have access to unique, job-specific salary statistics. You can find average salaries and information on salary ranges for different age groups, graduation years, educational programmes, labour market sectors and more.

Further down this page you will find a simple salary calculator, which is based on statistics compiled jointly by the employers and the unions and which are open to everyone.

For members of SULF, we have gathered SULF’s and Saco-S’s salary statistics (Saco Lönesök) on the My Pages section of our website. If you would like to become a member, simply fill in the application form here.

To access the salary statistics, you need to be logged in to the My Pages section of the SULF website. If you are already logged in, click on ‘Mina uppgifter’ (My details) in the top right-hand corner, then on the tab marked ‘Lönestatistik’ (Salary statistics).
