How do ethnicity and language shape the working conditions, career trajectories, and knowledge production of international and minority scholars at Swedish universities? This webinar brings together two researchers whose work examines discrimination in the Swedish academy from complementary angles: one grounded in the lived experiences of international faculty, the other in the structural and epistemic mechanisms that sustain exclusion. The event is open to all and aims to foster an honest, evidence-based conversation among researchers, academic staff, and union members.
