SULF invites you to a digital conversation about the Swedish Model, workplace participation, and the importance of understanding your rights and opportunities at work.
In this discussion, Paulina Rajkowska shares her experiences of navigating Swedish working life and academia and reflects on why access to information is essential for understanding workplace culture, collective agreements, and opportunities to influence working conditions.
Joining her is Malvina Kummu, Ombudsman at SULF and project lead for SULF's initiative on the Swedish Model. Together, they will explore how knowledge empowers employees, why information is crucial for meaningful participation, and how the Swedish Model supports dialogue between employees and employers.
Paulina Rajkowska is also one of the authors of The PhD Wanderer: Essays on Doctoral Studies in Sweden.
