Incorrectly canceled policies.
A while ago, you received a letter stating that the insurance policies you had signed up for through the collaboration between SULF and Folksam had been discontinued. This was incorrect and was due to a technical mishap between SULF and Folksam.
We have now reactivated your insurance policies so that they are valid just as before without interruption.
If you have received a refund of your insurance premium, a new invoice for the refunded amount will be issued shortly.
We apologize for the incident and any inconvenience it may have caused.
