Collectively agreed insurances

Through collective agreements, members of SULF are insured for illness, occupational injury and death. These insurances have been negotiated and signed with the employer by the trade union organisations in the municipal sector. The insurances apply to employees of municipalities, regions, the Church of Sweden or other employers who have municipally regulated employment conditions. 

Employers are obliged to take out the following insurance policies: 

  • Collectively agreed group health insurance (AGS-KL)  
  •  Exemption from contributions insurance  
  •  Occupational injury insurance (TFA-KL)  
  • Occupational group life insurance (TGL-KL)  
  • Occupational pension insurance: collectively agreed defined contribution pension (AKAP-KR) or collectively agreed pension (KAP-KR)  
  •  Skills and transition agreement (KOM-KR)
